One at a Time

We finally got the home on the market 2 days ago and expect a $140,000 profit from when we bought it 5 years ago. My husband felt called to give a tithe back to God for His generosity to us. He even asked that we give it in advance of the house being Sold because we KNOW that God will always provide and we step out in faith! We gave above the tithe to the Disaster Relief Fund since we have been so provided for during our own evacuation story last year and want to pay it forward!

    Update! The house sold for $11,000 over the asking price. We had tithed for even $10,000 over our expected profit. So here is another example that you can’t out give God!

When we read about the wise men in the Christmas story, we see that they watched and waited patiently for the opportunity that God placed in their path to give generously. That's the type of example that we want to follow as Christians.  For this challenge, begin in prayer. Pray that God would show you opportunities for you to give your best! "Your best" looks a little different for each person so also be praying that God would reveal what that means for you as you look for people to love one at a time.
