One at a Time

I have been getting up early every day to pray. I’ve been earnestly praying for my son, hiding in his trailer for over a year since his wife left. I pray for God to enter with him there and remind him of “his First Love”. He has now started to emerge from the cocoon and engaging more with us, creating a raised garden and showing interest in our online SECC church. I continue in daily prayer for God to “finish what he started” in his life, as he becomes a Butterfly!

We read in Colossians 1:9 that Paul writes, "For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives." This week, you are challenged to pray for fellow believers, as Paul discusses in this verse. This may already be a part of your normal routine, but consider adding an additional person and groups of fellow believers to your prayers.
