One at a Time

After hearing the sermon this past Sunday God laid it on my heart to ask for forgiveness of my self righteous pride. I prayed about it, and the next day I texted my ex-husband of 11 years, and asked for his forgiveness If I had ever made him feel unworthy of God’s grace. We are all broken people desperately in need of Jesus. I’m just one beggar showing another beggar where to get food. Sin is sin no matter the offense. Lord help us all. I love you Jesus!

    Prayers sent for you all

When is the last time you apologized to someone? It's not something that comes easily to most of us. One of the ways that we can love people one at a time is by humbling ourselves and asking for forgiveness.  Take a moment and examine who is your life may need to hear "I'm sorry" from you this week. It may be for something small or it may be for something that has affected lives for many years. But because of the grace that Christ extends to us, we are able, as his followers, to ask for grace from others in our lives. Sharing a story may be more difficult this week, but it will undoubtedly encourage and inspire others in ways that only God knows.
