One at a Time

I am a single mother with a farm and a career. My little girl is such a hard worker and helps me do all the barn chores. She has a bad habit of leaving the gate open. This causes horses loose, feed and hay scattered everywhere. I lost my temper with her yesterday morning. I was enraged. After we cleaned up the mess I took her off to school in complete silence and anger. I cried my eyes out I felt so bad I left things that way. Saying I’m sorry does not come easy. This messaged was exactly what God was laying on my heart. To apologize to my daughter and tell her how much I love her!

    Awesome praying for you all

When is the last time you apologized to someone? It's not something that comes easily to most of us. One of the ways that we can love people one at a time is by humbling ourselves and asking for forgiveness.  Take a moment and examine who is your life may need to hear "I'm sorry" from you this week. It may be for something small or it may be for something that has affected lives for many years. But because of the grace that Christ extends to us, we are able, as his followers, to ask for grace from others in our lives. Sharing a story may be more difficult this week, but it will undoubtedly encourage and inspire others in ways that only God knows.
